NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2016-0100 by Twelve Oaks,
LLC for Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development
consisting of 24 dwelling units in the C-C zoning district for Twelve
Oaks located 1845 W. Franklin Road
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

date listed on this notification.
