Shore Drive Suite 100 Eagle, ID 83616 RE: Kinsley Subdivision- TED (A-2016-0303) Dear Ms. Lauerman: This letter is to confirm that the Community Development Director approved your request for a twenty-four(24)month time extension on the combined final/preliminary plat and Conditional Use Permit for Kinsley Subdivision to obtain the City Engineers signature on or before September 30, 2018. The Applicant, Director, or a Party of Record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community Development Department within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and include the information listed in UDC 11-5A-7B. If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final decision on a land use application. The property owner has the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho Code 67- 8003. Such request must be in writing, and must be filed with the City Clerk not more than twenty-eight(28) days after the final decision concerning the matter at issue. A request for a regulatory takings analysis will toll the time period within which a Petition for Judicial Review may be filed. Thank you for contributing to the success of Meridian.
