A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday,
September 15, 2015, by Mayor De Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree Genesis Milam, Joe
Borton, and Keith Bird.
Members Absent: Luke Cavener (arrived at 5:26 pm)
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: Okay. I will go ahead and start this evening’s meeting. For the record it is
Tuesday, September 1st. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Rountree: I move we adopt the agenda.
Bird: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: FIVE AYES. ONE ABSENT.
Item 3: Executive Session as Per Idaho State Code 74-206(d)(f): (d) To
Consider Records that are Exempt from Disclosure as Provided in
Chapter 3, Title 9, Idaho Code; AND (f) To Consider and Advise Its
Legal Representatives in Pending Litigation
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 74-206(d)(f).
Milam: Second.
De Weerd: A motion and a second to go into Executive Session, roll call vote.

MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES. ONE ABSENT.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:01 to 6:15 p.m.)
De Weerd: Okay. I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Bird: So moved.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: We have a motion and a second. All in favor say aye? Any opposed? We
are out of Executive Session.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
De Weerd: Motion to adjourn?
Bird: So moved.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: All in favor?
MOTION CARRIED. ALL AYES.
