Ben – the design is fine. Per our phone conversation – relocating the hydrant across from Lot 5 and ensuring that
Avebury Way is signed no parking on both sides. I also like your idea of red curbing as well.

Subject: Avebury Subdivision
Attached is an exhibit showing the turning radii at the intersections on the east and west ends of the Avebury
Subdivision project. Also, please let me know if we can relocate the western most fire hydrant (at the west end of the
common driveway) to a location near the intersection of the public road and common drive (east end of the private
driveway) in order to avoid running a main in the private driveway. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have
comments, questions, or need anything additional from me. Thank you.
