NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council
of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications H-2016-0116 by
Brighton Investments, LLC for Two (2) Year Time Extension on
the Preliminary Plat in order to obtain the City Engineer’s signature
on the Final Plat for Phase I for TM Crossing generally located
northeast corner of S. Ten Mile Road and I-84
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

public hearing and the public

Meridian, Idaho 83642 no later
than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
