NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 27, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application H-2016-0065 by Northside Management for a
Rezone of approximately 1.87 acres of land from the TN-R zoning
district to the R-15 zoning district; AND Preliminary Plat consisting
of 20 building lots and 8 common lots on 1.38 acres of land in the
proposed R-15 zoning district and Modification to the
Development Agreement to change the use and building
elevations from live/work units to solely living units for Laurels
Townhouses located at 2116 S Accolade Avenue
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
