NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 27, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application H-2016-0105 by The Land Group, Inc. to Vacate
the 5-foot wide property drainage, utility construction and mainte-
nance easement along the shared side of lot lines between Lots 2
and 3 and Lots 3 and 4, Block 5 for Gemtone Center Subdivision
No. 5 located 2425, 2463 and 2501 E. State Street
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
