NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 27, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application H-2016-0075 by A Team Land Consultants for
Annexation and Zoning of approximately 10.398 acres from the
RUT zoning district to the R-8 zoning district (approximately 6.874
acres) to the R-15 zoning district (approximately 3.524 acres);
Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 29 single family residential
lots, 10 multi-family residential lots and 5 common lots on
approximately 10.398 acres in the proposed R-8 and R-15 zoning
districts; and Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family develop-
ment consisting of 48 dwelling units in the proposed R-15 zoning
district for Maddyn Village generally located west side of N.
Meridian Road, south of E. Ustick Road and north of W. Sedgewick
Drive

sons shall be heard at said

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
