Request: Request for Council approval of the 20-foot wide easement for the McMullen Lateral to
be located within building lots instead of a common lot in Bainbridge subdivision as
required by UDC 11-3A-6C , by Brighton Investments, LLC .
Location: The site is generally located south of W. Chinden Blvd. between N. Black Cat Road and
N. Ten Mile Road, in the north ½ of Section 27, Township 4N., Range 1W.
