RE: H-2016-0055 RZ PP AND MODIFICATION TO CUP BANCROFT SQUARE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced Rezone, Preliminary Plat,
and Modification to the Conditional Use Permit application for Bancroft Square by Schlutz
Development located at 2750 South Eagle Road south of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the Rezone, Preliminary Plat, and Modification to the Conditional
Use Permit for the subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
If you have any questions, you may contact me at 332-7190.
Sincerely,
Ken Couch

C. Jay Coles, City Clerk:
This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District as noted in the
application, however, it is serviced by the United States' McDonald Lateral and surface
water is delivered by the Boise Project Board of Control.
It appears that this development will be connected to a pressurized irrigation system that
is serviced by the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District.
The developers will need to contact the district for any concerns they may have relating
to assessments and the delivery of surface irrigation water for this property before the
Boise Project will approve a final plat and irrigation and drainage plan. Written response
from the District is required.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me at (208) 344-1141.
Sincerely,
Bob Carter
