A parcel ofland for the purpose of rezoning located in a portion of the SWI/4 of the
NWl/4 of Section 5, Township 3 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and more described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the NW comer of said Section 5, thence
along the West line of said Section 5 SOoo24'25"W a distance of2237.96 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING,
Thence leaving said West line N89°46'05"E a distance of 122.99 feet to a point;
Thence SOO"24'25"W a distance of 103.31 feet to a point;
Thence N89°35'35"W a distance of 122.98 feet to a point on said West line, from which
a brass cap monument marking the SW corner of said NWl/4 bears SOoo24'25"W a
distance of263.66 feet;
Thence along said West line NOoo24'25"E a distance of 101.94 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
