RE: H-2016-0036 GIBSON AMITY PROPERTY
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation and zoning
application for the Gibson Amity Property at 357 E. Amity Road east of SH-69. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
