RE: H-2016-0065 LAURELS TOWNHOUSES MODIFICATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the Development Agreement Modification
application referenced above for Northside Management at 2116 South Accolade Avenue south of I-84. ITD
has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the modification of the development agreement to change the use and
building elevations from live/work units to solely living units in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
