NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications H-2016-0066 by Global
Senior Housing, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 12.01 acres
of land from RUT to the R -15 zoning district; AND Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 74 single family residential lots and 12 com-
mon lots on approximately 12.01 acres in the proposed R -15 zon-
ing district for Blakeslee Commons Subdivision generally located
on the south side of E. Ustick Road between N. Locust Grove Road
and N. Eagle Road

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
