HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ - Agency Comments September 8, 2016 C.Jay Coles Meridian City Clerk’s Office 33 East Idaho Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2016-0066 BLAKESLEE COMMONS SUBDIVISION The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the hearing application for annexation and re- zoning referenced above for Global Senior Housing, LLC south of East Ustick Road and west of SH-55. ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objection to the annexation and rezoning for residential housing and common lots in this location. 2. This property does not abut the State highway system. No access is requested and none is approved with this application. The project indicates access will be from existing streets. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system. 4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system.
