NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2016-0081 by Triology
Development for Annexation and Zoning of 5.78 acres of land
with an R-8 Zoning District and a Preliminary Plat approval
consisting of 23 building lots and 4 common lots on 4.99 acres of
land in the R-8 zoning district for Roundtree Place Subdivision
located at 755 S. Linder Road
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
