I am writing in response to the staff report for the Roundtree Subdivision that will be heard by P & Z on Thursday,
August 4.
The applicant agrees with the conditions as written, with the exception of one statement:
Public Works General Condition of Approval
2.2.3 – (Last Sentence) – Please change from “approved prior to development plan approval” to “approved prior to final
plat signature”.
