You are correct. I had that backwards on the recommendation document. I’ve fixed it now. See attached document for
the changes.

The staff report looks good, the only thing that I noticed and maybe it isn’t an issue necessarily, but in my notes I have
them stating that we were going to strike 1.1.1 c about removing the structure upon annexation because 2.2.5 covers it
prior to final plat signature.

Subject: Roundtree Place Subdivision
Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
annexation and zoning and preliminary plat for Roundtree Place Subdivision H-2016-0081. These items are
scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on September 6, 2016. The public hearing will be held at City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Kristi - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the report to the City
Clerk’s office ( jholman@meridiancity.org , mhill@meridiancity.org , and jjones@meridiancity.org ) and myself
(e-mail or fax) as soon as possible.
