Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.

RE: H-2016-0074 DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced Development Agreement
Modification application for Settlers Square Subdivision by Seagle Three, LLC located north of West
Ustick Road and west of SH-55 (Eagle Road). ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the Development Agreement Modification to allow internal roads to
be private driveways and all for temporary vehicle access to Ustick Road for the subdivision
being constructed in this location.
2. No new access to the State highway system is requested and none is approved with this
application. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
