NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications H-2016-0068 by Mussell
Construction for Combined Preliminary / Final Plat approval
consisting of one (1) building lot on 0.19 of an acre in the R-4
zoning district for Velvet Point Subdivision generally located east
of S. Locust Grove Road, between E. Time Zone Drive and E. Lake
Street
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
