RE: H-2016-0068 VELVET POINT SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced preliminary plat and final
plat application for the Velvet Point Subdivision at 2795 South Velvet Falls Way east of SH-69. ITD
has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a residence being constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

*3. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.

RE: Velvet Pointe Subdivision
Dear Mr. Rich:
Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given September
8, 2016
Sanitary Restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied
according to this letter to be read on file with the County Recorder or his agent listing the
conditions of approval. Sanitary Restrictions may be re -imposed in accordance with Section
50-1326, Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval.
