Subject: Tonight's City Council Meeting re: Velvet Point H-2016-0068
Dear City Council,
I respectfully request that the City Council uphold the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the proposed combined
Preliminary/Final Plat for Velvet Point H-2016-0068 regarding inclusion of the home into the Salmon Rapids Homeowner's Association to be
subject to its CC&Rs and dues as well that the home will be built according to the height as proposed in the plans. I own the home
immediately to the south of the parcel in question with my wife. I reiterate my comments before the Planning and Zoning Commission. I
have also been communicating with Kent Mussell, the applicant, and understand he is in agreement with the recommendations of the
Planning and Zoning Commission and that he has also submitted the two attached letters in furtherance of his application. I appreciate him
submitting these letters and believe he will follow through.
