I own the home immediately to the south of the parcel in question with my wife. I reiterate my comments before the Planning and Zoning Commission. I have also been communicating with Kent Mussell, the applicant, and understand he is in agreement with the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and that he has also submitted the two attached letters in furtherance of his application.
