ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objection to the vacation of easement in this location. 2. This property does not abut the State highway system. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3 805.
