RE: H-2016-0066 SCENTSY LOT EASEMENT VACATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the hearing application for easement vacation
referenced above for The Land Group for 2425, 2463, and 2501 East State Street, west of SH-55. ITD has
the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the vacation of easement in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no further comment on the above -
referenced application.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3 805.
