Preliminary Plat and'Conditional Use Permit on'the above�'mentioned project; as there are
no Project facilities located there, however the following items need to be addressed
between the developers and the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District prior to any Final Plat
approval,
This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District as noted in the
application, but is serviced by the Boise Project Board of Control via the United States'
Beasley Lateral.
It appears that this development will be included into the Estancia and Bellingham Park
subdivisions P.I. System, which is serviced by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District.
Developers of this project need to contact NMID as soon as possible to discuss_ this
project.

Dear Jacy:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) requires that a Land Use Change Application
be filed, due to the request for pressurized irrigation to be provided to this project. A full
review will be required to see if NMID can accommodate this request prior to final platting.
Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for further information.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805.

Please note the District now requires three (3) sets of plans
To Whom It May Concern:
Enclosed please find a Land Use Change Application for your use to file with the Irrigation
District for its review on the above -referenced development. If this development is under a
"rush" to be finalized, I would recommend that you submit a cashier's check, money order
or cash as payment of the fees in order to speed the process up. If you submit a company
or personal check, it must clear the bank before processing the application.
Should this development be planning a pressure urban irrigation system that will be owned,
operated and maintained by the Irrigation District, I strongly urge you to coordinate with Greg G.
Curtis, Water Superintendent for the Irrigation District, concerning the installation of the
pressure system. Enclosed is a questionnaire that you must fill out and return in order to initiate
the process of contractual agreements between the owner or developer and the Irrigation
District for the ownership, operation and maintenance of the pressure urban irrigation system.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to call on me at the District's
office, or Greg G. Curtis, at the District's shop.

RE: H-2016-0089 PAISLEY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced preliminary plat and final
plat application for the Paisley Meadows Subdivision at 2180 East Amity Road east of SH-69. ITD
has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
