Subdivision at 387o E. Victory Road.
Dear City of Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission,
Our property borders the land for this proposed development. We moved here last year from out
of state and found this neighborhood to be unique. A major attraction was the surrounding farm
land, and lower density housing. We paid a premium to secure the location and feel the actual
and perceived value of our investment will be negatively affected by the development. We are
opposed to the new development. We understand that this may make no difference in the
decision making process, but if it does, we submit our objection to the proposed plan. We regret
that we are not able to make the meeting on August 18th because of a prior obligation, but
appreciate your time and consideration.
