NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at
6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0088 by Schultz
Development for Annexation and Zoning of 5.15 acres of land in
an R-4 zoning district; Preliminary Plat consisting of 17 building
lots and 2 common lots on 5.15 acres of land in the R-4 zoning
district for Knightsbridge Subdivision located at 3870 E. Victory
Road.

date listed on this notification.
