Jace Jones, City Clerk:
There are no Project facilities located on the above-mentioned property; however it does
in fact possess a valid water right.
This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District as noted in the
application; however it is serviced by the Boise Project's Lynch Lateral. The developers
will need to contact the district for any concerns they may have relating to the connection
to the existing pressure system that appears to originate from the Ridenbaugh Canal, a
Nampa -Meridian facility. Written response from the District is required before the Boise
Project will approve a final plat and irrigation and drainage plan.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me at (208) 344-1141.

RE: H-2016-0088 ANNEXATION AND ZONING KNIGHTSBRIDGE SUB.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced Annexation and Zoning
application by Schultz Development for Knightsbridge Subdivision located north of East Victory
Road and east of SH-55 (Eagle Road). ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the annexation and zoning for the subdivision being constructed in
this location.
2. No new access to the State highway system is requested and none is approved with this
application. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
If you have any questions, you may contact Shona Tonkin at 334-8341 or me at 332-7190.
Sincerely,
Ken Couch

RE: Land Use Change Application — Knightsbridge Subdivision
Please note the District now requires three (3) sets of plans
Dear Mr. Schultz:
Enclosed please find a Land Use Change Application for your use to file with the Irrigation
District for its review on the above -referenced development. If this development is under a
"rush" to be finalized, I would recommend that you submit a cashier's check, money order
or cash as payment of the fees in order to speed the process up. If you submit a company
or personal check, it must clear the bank before processing the application.
Should this development be planning a pressure urban irrigation system that will be owned,
operated and maintained by the Irrigation District, I strongly urge you to coordinate with Greg G.
Curtis, Water Superintendent for the Irrigation District, concerning the installation of the
pressure system. Enclosed is a questionnaire that you must fill out and return in order to initiate
the process of contractual agreements between the owner or developer and the Irrigation
District for the ownership, operation and maintenance of the pressure urban irrigation system.
If you have any questions concerning this matter,
office, or Greg G. Curtis, at the District's shop.
