NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2016-0076 by David Alexander
for Annexation and Zoning of 17 acres of land with an R-40
zoning district; Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family
development consisting of 204 dwelling units in an R-40 zoning
district and Preliminary Plat consisting of 51 building lots and 3
common lots on 15.85 acres of land for Little Creek Subdivision
located at 1470 N. Locust Grove Road.

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
