Hopkins Finsmcial Services, Ino. and Tamura Architects, the Owners and Developers of
the Deva~n Park Mixed Use Development (A.IS.A.: Fairview Lakes, L.L.C.), would like
to request that the City approve the street name N. LAKES p~..ACE for the development
of Devaa Park No, l and 2.
This Hansa was first approved anti then. denied by the Ada County Street naming
committee because of it being a duplicate name within the County.
Since being approved a street sign was placed and addresses were issued to Hastings
Records and rho DMY. Based an the attached corresptmtdence from Barbara Shiffer in the
City Building Department and lzeany Bowers with the Fire Department it would be
acceptable ar is the bast interest of tlm City.

On Fairview Ave. there is a street sign that states the road name as North
Lakes Ave. The Meridian Fire Department will approve the street name as N.
Lakes Place.

As 1. was going over this situation with Molly Smith(Ada cmuxty), we were looking at tlxe finais that have bee~i
approved far this street. The Final. approved. letter is for N. Lakes Flace. I was just mak. ing sure that this is Ekie
street name that you are proposing to council. The correct street naurcrs N,_Lakea Place. 'Ttuit is what should.

I am in agreement with the name Laken even hough this sheet is a duplicate name in Boise anil is the cause for
the delay ou tlxe signing of the recorded plat. I Iawever , The sign was finaled and approved. by the street
name committee back in 10/(13 as N. Lakes Place. Since. then I have given adch•esses on some of the
Commercial buildings in Uiat sub. 1-lastfugs and the U.M.V. These businesses have had addresses for their
buildings for a while norv, exnd builduxg permits have been issued.
1 realize that the street naive is going to have f o change anyhow, shrce the sign was I*ut hi incorrec:fly lrom the
beghxxung but the only thing that would have to change is the directional to N. instead of N'orllx spelled out and
Ave will have to be clruxged to place.
