RE: H2016-0087(MDA) / Creason Creek No. 1
Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) will have no objection to H2O16-0087(MDA),
providing it is in accordance with the plans that NMID previously approved. Any changes
will require a formal review, and changes to the License Agreement and Urban Contract for
the pressure irrigation.
The easement for the District's Creason Lateral at this location is a minimum of sixty feet
(60'); twenty feet (20') left, and forty feet (40') right.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement and 'approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805.
Sincerely,
Greg G. Curtis
