NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0075 by A Team
Land Consultants for Annexation and Zoning of approximately
10.398 acres from the RUT zoning district to the R-8 zoning district
(approximately 6.874 acres) to the R-15 zoning district
(approximately 3.524 acres); Preliminary Plat approval consisting
of 29 single family residential lots, 10 multi-family residential lots
and 5 common lots on approximately 10.398 acres in the proposed
R-8 and R-15 zoning districts; and Conditional Use Permit for a
multi-family development consisting of 48 dwelling units in the
proposed R-15 zoning district for Maddyn Village generally located
west side of N. Meridian Road, south of E. Ustick Road and north of
W. Sedgewick Drive

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
