NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2016-0065 by Northside
Management for Preliminary Plat consisting of 20 building lots
and 8 common lots on 1.38 acres of land in the TN-R zoning district
for Laurels Townhouses located at 2116 S Accolade Avenue.

date listed on this notification.
