Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as it lies in Settlers District for irrigation purposes. Please contact Settlers
Irrigation at 208-344-2471 or P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. NMID will have no comment
providing municipal surface drainage is retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, NMID will require a Land Use Change Application and a full review drainage plans.

RE: H-2016-0069 CENTREPOINT STORAGE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced conditional use permit
application for CentrePoint Storage located Centrepoint Way north of East Ustick Road and west of
SH-55 (Eagle Road). ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to a self-service storage facility being constructed in this location.
2. No new access is requested and none is approved with this application. The project does not
abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
