NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications
H-2016-0006 (REVISED) by Iron Mountain Real Estate for
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map
(FLUM) to change the land use designation on 5.28 acres of land
from Office to Medium High Density Residential; Annexation and
Zoning of 5.28 acres of land from the RUT to the R-15 zoning dis-
trict; Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 19 building lots, 4
common lots and 1 other lot on 5.28 acres of land in the R-15 zoning
district; and Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development
consisting of 76 dwelling units in the R-15 zoning district for Pope’s
Garden located 2662 E. Magic View Drive

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
