RE: H-2016-0085 FP NORMANDY SUBIVISION NO 3
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Normandy Subdivision No 3 at 4145 South Locust Grove east of SH-69. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to residences being constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently
on file in the process of review and will withhold further comment until we have finished our
review.
The Ridenbaugh Canal is on the west boundary of this project and must be protected. The
easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum of one hundred feet (100');
fifty feet (50') from centerline each direction.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review dtainage plans.
