Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change App'kation currently
on file in the process of review and will withhold further comment until we gave finished our
review.
All 'private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
