STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by
the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
3. Proposed plat is in confomumce with acceptable engineering, azchitectural and surveying
practices and local standards.
4. Development will connect to City services.
5. Preliminary Plat and Final Plat include all appropriate easements.
6. Street names do not conflict with City grid system.
7. All items noted on the preliminary/final plat checklist have been completed.

Re: Woodside Creek Subdivision No. 2
Gentleman:
Woodside Properties LLC. is requesting the City of Meridian's approval to subdivide an existing lot in
Woodside Creek Subdivision into two lots. This subdivision is located on New Creek Avenue, on the
west side of N. Ten Mile Rd. During the final plat approval of phase one, I meet with members of
Planning and Public Works Departments (Bruce and Anna) it was decided to re-subdivide lot 14 to meet
the needs of the developer. It was decided that all improvements for sewer, water, fencing and irrigation
could be installed for this future phase and could still meet the requirements of the city without changes
zoning ordinance and without the need for any variances to city code.
This proposed new division of lot 14 is in compliance with the zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan
and existing zoning for this area. We have not submitted any construction plans as all improvements were
approved with phase one of this subdivision.
I hope this information will be sufficient for us to proceed with the subdivision request. However, please
