NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications H-2016-0058 by Touchmark at
Meadow Lake Village for Modification to the concept plan
approved with the Conditional Use Permit (CUP-99-039) to remove
the Alley access for (7) of the Single-Family Residential Units for
Touchmark Cottage Units generally located at South of E.
Franklin Road and East of S. Eagle Road on the North side of E.
Putter Lane and East of S. Touchmark Way

later than 7 days prior to the
hearing date listed on this
notification.
