We are concerned about the mention of an extra building being included instead of the 10% open space area originally included the development planning. We ask that the 10% open space be included because it is not fair that Bancroft Square would inevitably be using Sutherland Downs open area and we are the ones that pay and take care of it . This also opens up the case that too much use of the Sutherland Downs private park area that we pay for will only lead to over use leading to loitering, increased vandalism, unattended children, stray pets, and accidents. We ask that the city consider keeping the open space originally planned for Bancroft Square as initially planned. Thank you for your consideration. Ken And Alene Galyen Southerland Downs 3467 E.
