Please table the final plat for Lynwood Plaza Subdivision to the next available City Council meeting. The
applicant needs to address some landscape/buffer issues which will involve either revising their landscape
plan & possibly the plat, or requesting alternative compliance from the Planning Director.

Tara,
Please table the Final Plat application for Lynwood Plaza Subdivision to the next available City Council
meeting. The applicant is unable to meet certain requirements of the Landscape Ordinance due to the
location of the Rutledge Lateral along the western and southern boundaries of the property. The applicant
has submitted for Alternative Compliance to the Landscape Ordinance and is awaiting a determination from
the Planning Director prior to the City Council meeting.
