RE: H-2016-0052 CHESTERFIELD SUBDIVISION NO. 4
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for
Chesterfield Subdivision No. 4 located south of West Pine Avenue between North Black Cat Road and
North Ten Mile Road north of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
