The Common lot line between Lots 1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6, and 7 & 8 of
Blocks 1 & 2 have a 0' setback line
The side yard setbacks for all lots in Wind Walker Subdivision shall be a
minimum of 10' from perimeter property lines (07/06/2011 KV per VAR-
05-018 page 10 of FFCL).
Fencing: Any fencing constructed shall be per City of Meridian requirements.
Other: Maximum Building Height: 35'
