'The size of the garage or carport required for dwelling units shall be measured by exterior dimensions & shall be at
least 10' x 20' for a 1 space garage or carport and 20' x 20' for a 2 space garage or carport.
The parkingpad shall be measuredfrom the edge ofsidewalk or edge ofpaved travel lane (public street, private
street, or alley) where no sidewalk exists.
Fencing (UDC 11-3A-7): All proposed fencing in residential districts shall comply with the following:

Eagle Road and/or E. Taconic Drive shall incorporate articulation through changes in materials, color, modulation, &
architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous wall planes & roof lines in accord with UDC
11-3A-19 & the Meridian Design Manual — Requires Planning Approval prior to issuance of building permits.
