Special Requirements: The rear of structures on Lots 16-19, Block 1 that back up to S. Locust Grove Road and the rear of structures on Lots 2-5, Block 1 that back up to Wainwright Drive shall incorporate articulation through changes in materials, color, modulation, and architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous wall planes in accord with UDC 11-3A-19 and the Design Manual. - Requires Planning Approval prior to issuance of building permits.
