Other: Planner shall review elevations of structures on Lots 1 & 8, Block 3 and Lot 2,
Block 1 to ensure articulation through changes in materials, color, modulation, and
architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous wall planes
and roof lines for elevations facing Locust Grove & McMillan Roads.
