Notes:

Special Requirements: The rear and/or sides of homes on Lots 10 & 11, Block 3 and Lot 10, Block 4 that face or
back up to S. Kentucky Way shall incorporate articulation through changes in materials, color, modulation,
and architectural elements (horizontal and vertical) to break up monotonous wall planes and roof lines. -
Requires Planning Approval prior to issuance of building permits.
