Minimum House Size : no minimum – specific buildings were proposed and approved with the
CUP/PD for this project.
Setbacks : Building Setbacks in L-O Zone per UDC – no special exeptions.
Building Setback in R-15 Zone:
Front (Living Space) 10-feet
Front (Face of Garage) 20-feet
Side yard 5-feet
Rear 12-feet
Interior Side* 5-feet
Street Side 15-feet
* No additional setback per story – should be min. 10’ between buildings
NOTE: Front setbacks should be measured from the back of sidewalk.
Fencing: no special notes
Other Notes: All buildings require CZC approval from the Planning Department.
