Setbacks : Front : 15’ to living area or side entry garage; 20’ to front entry garage **measured from back of sidewalk** Side : 5’ Rear : 12’ Fencing: Construct 6-foot tall vinyl fencing around the perimeter. Other Notes: Building setbacks for dwellings sharing a common driveway shall be measured from the edge of the common driveway easement or property lines, whichever is more restrictive. Provide a two-car garage and a 20’ x 20’ parking pad on each lot. The asphalt for the common driveway shall not count towards the required parking pad area.
