Fencing (UDC 11-3A-7): All proposed fencing in residential districts shall comply with the following:
Maximum fence height allowed 6’
Front yard 3’ solid or 4’ open vision fencing
Street side yard 3’ solid or 4’ open vision fence at the property line or 6’ fence set back
10’ from property line
Rear yard 6’ solid fencing unless adjacent to an interior common lot or pathway,
then 4’ solid or 6’ open vision fence is required
