Fencing: Any fencing constructed shall be per City of Meridian Requirements.
Other: CZC Required for Multi Family Buildings on R-15 lots (specific
building elevations were approved for the multi family buildings – Planning will
provide the Building Department with a set of the approved elevations with each
CZC approval.)
Direct lot access prohibited to E. Victory Road.
